About Us
Caring & Sharing is a Georgia based 501(c)3 non profit organization that focuses on social, cultural, and behavior development for girls ages 10-17. In addition to working directly with parents, we partner with an extensive network of community businesses, organizations and municipalities to broaden exposure and experienced-based learning opportunities.
To ensure that every girl we reach has access to the people, information, and experiences that will enable them to flourish.
Our greatest motivation for reaching adolescent girls is to counter increasingly popular yet detrimental social influences affecting this age group. We rely upon a series of creative, thematic, and engaging programs to raise objective thoughts and compelling considerations regarding the risk factors of irresponsible choices and decisions.
Meet The Founder/Director & Board Chair

While living in Los Angeles, California, she discovered her counseling interest while talking with youths in impoverished Los Angeles communities regarding gang involvement, criminal activity, and their future detrimental effect. She began to host weekly rap sessions that allowed gang members to discuss issues in a non-hostile environment.
If any of the youths were arrested and lacked caring family members to visit them, Ms. Bryant seized the opportunity to continue the mentoring relationship through regular visits at the facilities, thus, bringing birth to her dedication to making a difference in the lives of incarcerated youths.
Ms. Bryant relocated to Georgia and began to work exclusively with girls and discovered that every girl, no matter the obstacles she faces, a spark exists within her to accomplish something. Ms. Bryant believes that every child is born with God given gifts and unique abilities that need only to be 'stirred up'. These gifts and talents identify each girl's life work that leads to happy, whole and successful adult women. Ms. Bryant believes in the potential of young girls to rise up and tap into their inner power and be change makers.
Ms. Bryant is dedicated to helping girls discover that self-respect comes only from developing their own gifts, talents and finding their own independence..
